Resources hub

In the resource hub you can access all of your online resources, including lesson plans, how-to guides, and other articles of interest. The resource hub can help you to organise, structure and implement nature-based activities for your school, including completing activities listed on the badge page.

Resources are displayed in sets with the main resource type (e.g., lesson plan) displayed at the top of each card displayed. You can read more about resources and resource sets on the other help pages. The icon in the top-left corner of the resource card shows how many resources are in the set. If there is more than one resource in the set you can look through them using the arrows. The icon in the top-right corner shows the privacy level of the resource set (just me, just my school or everyone). You can like the resource set using the heart button and bookmark it for future use.

To find resources there are three filter options: featured resources to filter to only those featured (set by BES staff); a quick search where you can filter by different criteria (e.g., resource type, key stage or bookmarked resources); and a text search where you can search for key words.

To download a resource click on the resource set you want, then on the resource you want to download.

You can also upload your own resources by clicking 'New +' and following the instructions to input information about your resource(s). This includes setting the privacy level so only you, only your school, or the whole community can view the resource.
